Reflections: Although the world has declared that this is the cold and flu season, as children of the Most High God, our expectation is to walk in health and wholeness!

Prayer reduces anxiety

Instead, Paul instructs them they should pray for God's blessing and make supplication for his protection and do it all with thanksgiving.
